Shipping policy

All the below shipping information is following the production of your order. All orders will take 4 to 6 weeks to be produced and delievered. 

AUSTRALIA:

Free Express Shipping – Fully Insured

• We post with Australia Post and all our packages require signature on delivery. Please ensure someone will be available to sign for the package at the delivery address. If no one is available to sign for the package, you may be required to collect your package at your local post office.
• Shipping and insurance are on us. We want to ensure that your package arrives safely, therefore we cover the cost of your shipping insurance.  

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Express Post Delivery Time: 1-5 business days after production.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will be notified via email.

OVERSEAS:

We currently do not ship overseas; however, we plan on changing this in the future. If you do not live in Australia and you would like to purchase from our website or custom design a ring, please reach out and we will make arrangements to make this happen.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather.  We are not responsible for packages delayed in transit.
