📜 Orders, Returns & Warranty
❌ Cancellation of Orders
All Diamonds By You pieces are made to order and production begins immediately once your order is placed.
For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded under any circumstances once placed.
If you have entered an incorrect ring size, please contact us at info@diamondsbyyou.com.au within 24 hours of placing your order.
After this timeframe, any resizing required will incur additional costs.
💳 Refunds & Returns
As each piece is custom made, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
However, if you believe your item has a manufacturing fault or quality issue, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will assess the item and provide a suitable resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Please note:
- Items must be returned in original condition
- Proof of purchase is required
- Any unauthorised alterations will void eligibility for assessment
🛡️ Warranty
All Diamonds By You jewellery is covered by a 12 months Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.
✔️ What’s Covered
- Replacement of accent stones (e.g. pavé, halo stones)
- Manufacturing faults or defects in craftsmanship
(Provided there is no evidence of misuse or damage)
❌ What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- General wear and tear (scratches, dents, fading, misshaping)
- Physical or accidental damage
- Loss or theft of jewellery or stones
- Damage caused by improper use, storage, or care
- Resizing or modifications performed by third-party jewellers
- Any item that has been altered, repaired, or worked on outside of Diamonds By You
Any work completed by another jeweller will void your warranty.
💎 Centre Stone Policy
Centre stones are not covered under warranty.
We strongly recommend obtaining independent jewellery insurance to protect against loss, damage, or theft.
⚠️ Additional Terms
- All repair or warranty claims are subject to inspection by our team
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns, repairs, or resizing
- Diamonds By You is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit
- Timeframes for repairs or assessments may vary depending on the nature of the request
