Cancellation of an Order 

Once you have placed your order we will start production straight away, therefore your order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. If you have provided us with the incorrect ring size, please email us at info@diamondsbyyou.com.au within 24 hours and we will update your order. After this time frame the cost to resize your ring will be on you. 

Refunds 

At Diamonds By You, we make every ring especially for you, therefore we do not offer refunds if you change your mind. If there is a quality issue with your jewellery, please contact us within 14 days. 

Warranty 

Diamonds By You offer a 3-year warranty. We will replace any accent stones in the band or halo in any engagement ring or wedding band at our cost, where there has been no physical damage made to the ring or jewellery.

Our warranty does not cover any physical damages or loss at the hand of the customer. We do not cover any wear and tear, such as dents, scratches, or misshaping. Our warranty will become void if our item has been modified or has been taken to another jeweller. We do not replace centre stones and recommend that you insure your item with the insurance company of your choice.
